At SAGUARO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, our streamlined process makes returning or exchanging your items quick and effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and ensure all tags are still attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
